Jiro Tanaka

Current pastry chef and owner of CALVA chocolaterie in Japan, Jiro leads his business with the idea that there should be a short distance between customers and chefs. A chef valued by his community; he found crowdfund support to make his trip to Paris a reality. With the goal of making more people smile, Jiro works to create sweets that answer to people before answering to trends.
